South Coast Careers College and Adult Ed Community College are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code 6558) that has been operating on the NSW South Coast for over 32 years.
Operating from Batemans Bay, Bega and Ulladulla the College is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that develops and delivers training & education programs. With a strong community focus, we operate with the aim to help people develop skills, knowledge and experience. With support from the Board of Adult and Community Education, we have been operating over 30 years, and remain passionate about our investment towards community education, skills and training for social, economic & personal improvement.
Due to industry demand and the spike in employment opportunities, South Coast Careers College currently has several community services teaching positions available across multiple locations.
We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic trainers and assessors in the areas of Aged Care, Disability, Home and Community Care and Enrolled Nursing.
We provide quality, flexible and contemporary education and training through face to face learning in many parts of the South Coast. You will be joining a small yet dynamic team who are passionate about best practice and committed to creating the best experience for our students.
As a Trainer and Assessor you are required to hold a minimum of Certificate IV in Aged Care, Disability or HACC. Nurses are encouraged to apply. You must hold a minimum of Certificate IV TAE40110 and be able to demonstrate experience in delivery, assessment and teaching material development. You will require a high level of written and oral communication and must be a willing participant in course moderation and validation sessions.
